Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Tax Manager. This Tax Manager will be an expert in tax returns and financial statements, and have strong skills in Excel and tax software. This the role for an experienced Tax Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Convey tax best business practices to accounting managers and staff accountants

　　Assemble and manage oversight of tax audits and tax correspondence and facilitation- Help review all financial statements for quality control

　　Support compliance and planning for tax matters like waivers and tax returns

　　Review and provide oversight for quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

　　Support distribution and analysis of W-2s and 1099s

　　Prepare and reviewing complex income tax returns

　　Assist in the review and oversight of the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments

　　Ensure financial and tax reporting policies and procedures are compliant Requirements - CPA preferred

　　5-7 years' experience in tax accounting

　　Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required

　　2+ years of supervisory experience
