　　National Vision is currently looking for a Manager Financial Systems to join our growing team!

　　This role is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives related to National Visions financial systems. This role works closely with Finance and IT to understand the overall Company and Business goals and assist in the delivery of the Oracle Cloud financial system implementation.

　　What Would You Do? The Specifics.

　　Represents the Finance organization as the Functional Project Manager for major finance application projects and partners closely with IT and Implementation Partners to ensure a successful and timely implementation.

　　Collaborates with Finance management and Domain Experts (SMEs), process owners, third party (optional) to support the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation initiative.

　　Provides input and participates in the prioritization of all Finance application and automation efforts.

　　Reviews and assists with any required documentation such as requirements, process flows, testing and training.

　　Provides Finance leadership team with regular updates on all Finance systems initiatives.

　　Partners with Audit, Compliance and Risk to ensure accurate risk categorization, documentation and testing are followed in accordance with our audit and controls standards.

　　Leads ongoing development, maintenance, and administration of the Oracle Cloud Finance applications.

　　Trains new users on the system as well as updates existing users on new features and enhancements;

　　Acts as an interface between accounting, finance and technology teams.

　　Understands the accounting flow between product systems, recognizes financial process gaps and recommends appropriate solutions to improve performance.

　　Work Experience

　　6+ years of related experience with Proven track record in Accounting, Finance, and Tier 1 ERP solutions. (Required)

　　Education

　　Four year college degree or equivalent experience. in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Information Systems or Equivalent Experience. (Required)

　　Additional Skills

　　Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), operational and accounting software, (Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM), other Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, Access, and Power Point. (Required)

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills. (Required)

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Required)
