　　A Healthcare Network in Hauppauge, NY is looking to hire Call Center Representatives to join their growing team! (Spanish/English) Candidates are strongly preferred. 　　Responsibilities

　　Manage large amount of inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner for a multi-specialty, multi-location health center

　　Call Center Representatives are expected to manage 80-100 calls per day with a 90% call answer rate

　　Answers calls promptly in a polite and professional manner

　　Identify client needs, clarify information, research each issue & provide solutions; submits telephone encounters as requested

　　Verify entered data coincides with appointments

　　Verify patient insurance

　　Verify patient demographics, update as required with accuracy

　　Maintain patient confidentiality

　　Schedule patient appointments correctly - review appointment dates, times, phone number,and additional contact information

　　Provides patient-focused service and presents positive impression of LISH to both internal and external customers.
