As a member of the Global HR4HR team, your role in Talent Acquisition has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in HR4HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world's next elite Internet company.

　　1. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be a part of the Global HR4HR team. We promote candour, collaboration, and transparency as our fundamental ways of working;

　　2. You will partner with the EMEA recruiting team to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation uncovering the best talent to join TikTok;

　　3. Pool qualified candidates through various online and offline channels including job boards, internal databases, forums, social sites, and professional networks, as well discover and nurture new tools or platforms to diversify our channel mix;

　　4. In order to perform successfully, you need to be a detail-oriented team player who is adept at juggling many tasks at once. You'll support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, data reporting and analytics;

　　5. Use data and analytics to prepare regular recruitment reports, deliver market and talent insights, and observe market trends in order to partner more effectively and influence better hiring practices and recruiting outcomes.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Advantageous to have 3-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment);

　　2. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple roles and tasks;

　　3. Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail;

　　4. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or forums;

　　5. Self-motivated, resilient, excellent learning agility, and a sincere passion for talent acquisition;

　　6. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we continue this journey.
