　　Amazon Japan is looking for a person with strong analytical capability, to join to the supply chain transformation program launch. The scope of work includes setting up a new function, and building mechanisms to connect supply chain operation to supplier services, from the ground up.

　　The role will contribute to a larger customer facing supply chain transformation program, and contributing to Amazon free cash flow.

　　The successful candidate needs to have a strong track record of thinking big, influencing, and delivering supply chain management consulting projects; perhaps, as a management consultant, or within an internal strategy function.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　‐ 様々なSourcing Programを理解し、各Programにおける課題を定義し問題解決の戦略と計画を構築する。

　　‐ ビジネスメトリクスの正確な効果測定方法を策定して、最適なProgramのVendorへの提案内容のガイダンスを策定する。

　　‐サプライチェーンに関する問題個所を特定し、現場のオペレーションにおける問題の改善活動をリード

　　‐ データ・ベンダーボイス等を活用した課題を把握するための仕組みの構築と、インサイト分析および改善Initiativeの推進

　　‐ Programの年間のゴールを定義し、各ステークホルダーとの合意を形成する

　　‐ 各ステークホルダーとの年間計画の立案し進捗を管理

　　‐ Learn Sourcing Programs, analyze issues, and make a strategy and a plan for the resolution.

　　‐ Define a right measurement structure for the business metrics and provide a guidance for the optimal proposal to vendors.

　　‐ Self-identify supply chain issues and lead the initiatives to resolve the operational issues.

　　‐ Make a structure to identify issues by using data and vendor voices, analyze the insights, and lead the initiatives for improvements.

　　‐ Define goals for the programs and make alignment with stakeholders

　　‐ Plan a goal by working with stakeholders and manage the progress. d loop cycle.

　　A day in the life

　　ビジネスメトリクスを確認、分析し、問題のあるMetricsを特定し、Stakeholderと共同して、解決策を策定し、実行する。

　　複数あるSourcing programの内容を整理し、ベンダーにとってのPain pointを分析。Programの提案内容の改善を提案し、Salesチームと共同でProgramのQualityを向上させる。

　　Customer voiceを収集する仕組みを構築。内外のStakeholderの声を集めて、改善の短期的、長期的な計画、Actionを定義し、推進をリードする。

　　チームの年間計画の策定スケジュールを立て、進捗管理を行う。

　　Monitor and analyze the business metrics. Identify the issues in the metrics, and plan and execute the solutions with stakeholders.

　　Analyze and clarify the pain points for vendors from the multiple sourcing programs we offer. With front office sales team, improve the offering program quality by proposing improvements for the sourcing programs.

　　Build a structure to gather customer voices, and plan the short-term and long-term action and lead for the resolution.

　　Make a annual plan of your team and manage the progress.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　4年制大卒(ビジネス、経済学、または関連分野)、MBAなお可

　　5年以上の営業、営業開発、サプライチェーン、貿易、経営企画、コンサル等における業務経験、またはAmazonでのバイヤー/インストックマネージャー/PM 経験あり

　　データに基づく課題やビジネスGrowthのオポチュニティー分析の経験があること

　　複雑かつあいまいな問題に対して、お客様ニーズ、テクノロジー、業界慣習、法的制限、会社の方針等を考慮した戦略や解決策を策定した経験があること

　　策定した戦略/解決法を成功裏に実行し、社内外の関連部門と適切なコミュニケーションを行った実績があること

　　英語(ビジネスレベル)

　　Bachelor required, MBA preferred, in Business, Economics, or a related discipline

　　5+ years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Strategy, Consulting, or Buyer/Instock Manager/PM at Amazon

　　Experience of data driven analysis, defining issues and finding opportunities for business growth

　　Experience in developing strategies and solutions for complex and ambiguity issues, considering customer needs, technologies, industry constraints, and company goals

　　Demonstrated success in solving issues based on the strategies, via excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders

　　English communication skills (business level)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　BtoBの営業の実務経験

　　サプライチェーンまたは貿易の実務経験

　　Supply chain and/or international trading expertise
