　　Description:

　　Project is at the Maryland State House in Annapolis. This person will oversee the 1st systemic restoration / rehabilitation of the MD State House building façade, roof, main entry redesign, complete grounds regrading, brick retaining wall around the whole State Circle, the restoration of the Old Treasury Building (oldest public building in MD). All while the building is not only occupied, but during the legislative session, coordinating directly with MD Department of General Services, Governor and legislative leadership and other stakeholders

　　• Temporary protection of irreplaceable historic fabric

　　• Vetting individual craftsmen before using tools on the building

　　• Structural and architectural systems used in late 18th century America, including appropriate vocabulary

　　• Realistic schedule/duration expectations for preservation trade work

　　• Importance of probes/investigation to fully understand existing conditions
