　　Otis développe son activité et recherche un chef d’agence H/F pour intégrer son agence Roussillon, basée à Béziers.

　　Représentant de l’entreprise, vous êtes garant de la tenue des engagements contractuels, de la qualité des prestations réalisées et de la stricte application des règles de sécurité. Vous rayonnerez sur 5 départements

　　(34/11/66/12/48 ) et piloterez 3 antennes techniques.

　　Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

　　Relayer la politique Otis au sein de son entité en interne en déployant, en expliquant les politiques auprès des équipes commerce et chantier

　　Relayer la politique Otis au sein de son entité en externe en développant les relations auprès de clients importants de sa région et du tissu politique et économique.

　　Assurer le suivi de l’activité et l’analyse des indicateurs et résultats de l’entité : sécurité, finance, chantier commerce, qualité.

　　Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire d'environ 40 collaborateurs : mettre les moyens en œuvre et optimiser les ressources et budgets pour atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.

　　Garantir et contrôler au sein de l’entité, l’application des règles et procédures Otis, notamment l’application du code éthique, des directives sécurité et le respect des règles de contrôle interne.

　　Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

　　Vous êtes un manager confirmé ayant déjà travaillé avec des équipes très opérationnelles

　　Doté(e) une bon relationnel, vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

　　Vous avez le sens de la relation client et du développement réseau

　　Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité d'organisation et faites preuve d'autonomie

　　Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité de vos équipes et des usagers est votre priorité
