Thisrole will be primarily based out of Hatfield, Massachusetts providingsupport to Andover, Massachusetts and our Portland, Maine facilities.Salary will be based on experience. Come grow with us! This positionwill partner and work collaboratively with functional leaders across theBuilding Materials Distribution division and oversee HR practices,processes, and strategies for the millwork facilities. ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the recruiting process to include internal/external jobpostings, candidate sourcing, selection, interviewing, and employmentoffers. Advise and develop recruitment strategies. Collaborate withleaders to integrate diverse, equitable and inclusive practices intobusiness process/workplaces. Plan and implement training programs.Partner with leaders on performance management, compensation, andsuccession planning. Conduct workplace investigations. Evaluate theeffectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement.Prepare and monitor Affirmative Action Plans. Ensure compliance withcompany standards and legal requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)compliance through periodic audit partnerships. Provide support toemployees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, andbenefits. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality,environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Performother duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in humanresources or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience inrelated job function. 5+ years of progressive human resourcesexperience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Knowledge of HRsystems and databases In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices.
