Student Transition & Placement Specialist
The primary responsibility is job placement with industry partners for students who have completed certification and training in the chosen Aviation field. This will require keeping detailed records of first and subsequent jobs from SUU Aviation Alumni. The successful applicant will also coordinate with employers to participate in job fairs, informational meetings, and site visits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning and executing twice yearly career fairs.
• Schedule employer events.
• Exit Interviews.
• Tracking job placement details for flight and AMT program.
• Handle PRIA requests for former instructors.
• Miscellaneous Reporting.
• Mock Interviews.
• Resume Reviews.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree.
• Recruiting experience.
• Event planning experience
