　　About the Role :

　　Leads a team of cross-functional experts that creates and executes a master plan that delivers a step change in supply chain capability. Builds an ongoing organization that drives and maintains operational excellence.

　　· Analyze current manufacturing footprint and capabilities against business unit requirements to identify opportunities for cost and process optimization

　　· Identify areas of process standardization or use of automation to optimize manufacturing conversion costs within the network

　　· Build project plans to implement identified opportunities

　　· Partner with business leaders to develop plans to support transitions to new optimized operating models

　　· Collaborate across the enterprise to ensure alignment and buy-in to future operating model

　　Important Details : This is a full time role located out of our Oakbrook, IL office on a hybrid schedule.

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　· Bachelor’s Degree Required in relevant field – master’s preferred

　　· 5+ years at a Sr. Director or VP level with experience influencing Executive Leader’s teams

　　· 10+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing space with a broad understand of transformational technologies

　　· Understanding of engineering practices

　　· Experience leading in a Merger & Acquisition environment

　　· Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects across the Enterprise (application of Enterprise mindset)

　　· Ability to be overcome challenges to deliver a result that meets the finance targets while leading the implementation following the company’s values

　　· Ability to understand the barriers before they occur and adjust the plan to prevent the issue

　　· Experience in implementing projects that enhance the company Operational Excellence program (Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance, Education and Training, etc.)

　　· Strong financial acumen and ability to establish a financially sound project plan and deliver a strong ROI

　　· Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills; ability to articulate complex projects to all levels of an enterprise

　　· Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze numerous variables (some ambiguous) but still define a path forward which optimizes supply chain capabilities and cost structure

　　· Ability to identify and prioritize projects/opportunities through stratification and analysis of factory performance and waste data
