　　We are currently hiring Machinist in the Wilsonville area.

　　Job Description:

　　Set up and run mill

　　Inspect first run product and make adjustments working with Quality Control as necessary

　　Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality

　　Make fixtures and clamps for jobs as needed

　　Machine parts and compares to blueprints to ensure accuracy

　　Perform secondary ops (tap, deburr, etc.)

　　Privately held and family-owned, API has operated in custom manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest for almost 40 years. Working with a variety of industries including semi-conductor, electronics, optical, and energy. Capabilities include precision machining, sheet metal, finishing, quality management, assembly, and CAD/CAM design.

　　Location : Hillsboro, OR

　　Qualified candidates will possess the following:

　　2+ years of machining experience

　　Own your own precision measuring tools

　　Ability to read blueprints

　　Ability to read written instructions

　　Attention to detail

　　Ability to work independently

　　Shifts:

　　Days Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

　　Swing Monday - Thursday 4:15pm - 2:45am

　　Weekend Friday - Sunday 5am - 5:30pm

　　Pay: $20-$28 - Depends on experience and shift.
