Supportsstaffing model requirements, identifies and plans for staff educationand competency needs and evaluates the work performance of clinicpersonnel. Participates in the budgeting process and enforces standardsfor quality and customer service, supporting the organization\'sstrategic priorities. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:A minimum of one year of experience in a lead, charge or supervisoryrole is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate of a post high schoolprogram that resulted in a technical diploma, certificate, associates orhigher degree. Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
