Reference #: 125302-1We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager for our RWD (Real-World Data) business who will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our top-tier pharmaceutical client base for real-world data and related evidence services.
You will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base of our company's real-world data products and services. You will work closely with existing clients and prospects to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
This position can be based remote within US
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7 years of Sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in selling real world data solutions

What will you be doing in this role?
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling RWD products and services
Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
New Business Development
Identify and target new prospects in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors
Understand client needs and pain points, and present suitable RWD solutions
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
Work with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Product Knowledge
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's real-world data products and services
Be able to articulate the value proposition and benefits to clients
Contract Negotiation
Negotiate and finalize contracts with client
Ensure that terms and pricing are in line with company objectives
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and opportunities
