Join Our Mission The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinatingand documenting clinical services, training new clinicians, andsupervising the clinical staff. The Program Coordinator may alsomaintain a caseload of up to 5 youth at a time. This roles does requirethe Program Coordinator to be on site at Canaan, NY for 4 days(10 hours)or 5 days(8 hours). Job Responsibilities - Responsible for clinicalsupervision and managing the clinical staff, including but not limitedto reviewing clinical assessments, and reports along with maintaining acaseload size up to 5 cases. - Accountable for attending necessaryagency meetings, facilitating meeting with clinical staff and meetingswith external stakeholders. - Responsible for maintaining paperwork inaccordance with regulations and auditing and billing requirements in allyouth charts. - Coordinating and/or conducting staff training anddevelopment, performance evaluations, directing and assigning work,approve time cards and time off requests, new hireorientation/onboarding and work directly with HR on recommendationsregarding recruitment/hiring, employee relations issues, promotion anddemotions. - Provides on-call administrative oversight when necessary. -Systematically monitors clinician results amongst expectations and willbe responsible for implementing a corrective action plan, whennecessary, including developing systems for tracking reports and otherclinical requirements. - Oversees, monitors and ensures clinical staffcompliance with treatment, required paperwork and system deadlines.Reviews and signs off on all required paperwork, manually andelectronically. - Responsible to assigning responsibility to a specificindividual charged with monitoring progress and outcomes -Professionally represents the Agency in work groups or projects asassigned. Serves on various committees and acts as liaison in communitynetworks with external business partners, including schools and mentalhealth programs. - Supervising around the implementation ofevidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to completecomprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care. -Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informedindividual counseling, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/orfamilies as required by agency policies, protocols and procedures. JobRequirements - Required to be fully vaccinated (in addition to boosterif eligible for booster) - Fluent in English/Spanish with excellentverbal and written communication skills - Preferred - Must havesupervisory experience with Clinicians and be an LCSW or LCSW-R or LCSWR or LCSW/R or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. - Varicella Vaccinerequired OR titers indicating varicella immunity OR documentation from ahealthcare provider verifying previous infection. - MMR (Measles Mumps &Rubella vaccine required OR titers indicating immunity to all threediseases. - Tdap (Tetanus-diptheria-pertussis) vaccine required. -Influenza vaccine required, one dose annually during flu season. -Physical (Medical Exam) required. - Must be able to work 9AM-5PM duringnew hire orientation to complete TCI(Therapeutic Crisis Intervention),CPR and Sanctuary training. Must maintain TCI and CPR certification. -Required to be 21 years or older. - Must have a current, valid driver\'slicense per Agency guidelines. Travel required. - Required to haveclient facing interaction. - Must be able to work a flexible scheduleincluding nights and weekends as needed. - Must be available to beon-call as needed. - Ability to work with economically and culturallydiverse population.
