　　The New Gen Technologies & Management Inc. is hiring 35 HOUSEKEEPERS towork Temporary Full time from April 1, 2024, to December 30, 2024.Worksite: in South Portland Maine. We offer a 40-hour work week seven(7) days per week, weekends and holidays, also late evenings whennecessary. Wages \$16.36 per hour Overtime rate \$24.54 Ability to clean15 to 20 units per day when needed. Shift: 8am to 4pm, Must be able topick up shifts on a same day notice when needed. No minimum educationrequires. Three Months (3) experience required. Duties include CLEANROOMS FOR NEXT CLIENT, MAINTAIN THE ROOMS IN PERFECT APPEARANCE EMPTYWASTEBASKETS CARRY LINENS, TOWELS, TOILET ITEMS AND CLEANING SUPPLIESUSING WHEELED CARTS -DUST AND POLISH FURNITURE. Lodging/board isavailable for rent. employer will use a single workweek as its standardfor computing wages due. Weekly cost of rent is \$150.00, (optional)including utilities. If employee chooses to accept New Gen \'s lodging\$150.00 will be deducted from the worker\'s paycheck weekly to coverthe cost of rent Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday. All deductionsfrom the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employerwill provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the job. Employer will reimburse the H-2B workers inthe first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, andother related fees, including those mandated by the government incurredby the H2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or othercharges primarily for the benefit of the worker. Transportation(including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging), to the place ofemployment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if theworker completes half of the employment period. Employer agrees toreimburse inbound transportation and subsistence expenses (subsistenceis \$15.46 per day minimum, without receipts, to a maximum of \$59.00per day, with receipts) from the place from which the worker has come towork for the employer, whether in the US or abroad, to the place ofemployment. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided ifthe worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by theemployer.
