　　What you get to do in this role: *  *

　　Under the Application Security group in ServiceNow, you will help develop & support multiple ServiceNow Applications that are used by Security and other Engineering teams in the company. Contribute to implementing ServiceNow products for ServiceNow.

　　Create compressive test plans, manually test them and automate them.

　　Work closely with the Product Owner and Developers to ensure high-quality feature delivery.

　　Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.

　　Be an expert on the functionalities & expected behaviours of the applications owned by the scrum team.

　　Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.

　　Proactively conduct research to identify improvements and help build product backlog.

　　To be successful in this role you have:

　　Passion for Quality and Perfection

　　7+ years of professional experience in quality engineering and assurance of ServiceNow Applications.

　　Fair knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Application Development, Scripting components, and administrative features.

　　Experience working in the Information Security domain is an advantage.

　　Ability to quickly understand business requirements, and independently verify meeting the high-quality standards in the deliverables.

　　Comfortable writing ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Tests.

　　Has a clear understanding of Agile Methodology, various steps in Sprint, Release, and Software Development Lifecycle.

　　Experience with different testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect

　　Great listening skills and ability to pay attention to details.
