About Sr. Media Sales Manager, Ad Sales, Amazon Ads

  The Amazon India Ads business functions as a strategic start-up with support and interest from business units across the company as well as Amazon’s top management.

  We are investing heavily in building a world class advertising business and are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of advertising products that drive awareness, engagement, discovery and sales. The work we do is strategically important to our Retail and Marketplace businesses for driving long term growth. We deliver billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily and are breaking fresh ground to create new, cutting edge ad products. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future vision for Amazon Ads in India.

  Key job responsibilities

  Drive Ad Sales for our Media Business (miniTV, DSP, FireTV, Alexa and other)

  Work closely with direct brands and agencies to drive media revenue at scale.

  Engage with CXOs/ Brands and Agency heads on a regular basis to act as an Amazon Advertising

  Partner with internal teams (Product, GTM Marketing, program, CST/AM) to build training and enablement charter for the assigned agencies

  Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of various tools and publish regular reports capturing inputs.

  Ideate and build newer initiatives to scale expertise

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bangalore, KA, IND | Gurugram, HR, IND | Mumbai, MH, IND | New Delhi, DL, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of sales experience

  Knowledge of the digital and search landscape

  Experience managing teams

  Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience packaging innovative ideas and documenting your findings in SFDC

  Experience working in e-commerce
