  The Amazon Business (AB) team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record to own, execute and improve upon cross-functional technology products. This will be a variable position to support planned spend initiatives in AB. You will have the ability to drive a large impact on critical customer-facing spend evaluation products by building the processes needed to measure and improve foundational elements of quality, speed, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Your work will help business customers understand the value Amazon Business brings, making it easy for them to adopt Amazon as their primary supplier and internal teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.

  This role can be based in either Seattle, WA or Austin, TX.

  Key job responsibilities

  Manage the planned spend response pipeline

  Define the right metrics and goals for responding to planned spend deals

  Build the right mechanisms and reporting to deliver on the goals you defined

  Build playbooks and drive results on key projects to improve operational results

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Seattle, WA, USA

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of program or project management experience

  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  Preferred Qualifications

  2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
