Job Title: Sr GenAI DeveloperJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python developer on Microsoft Azure platform with a strong background in GenAI RPA workflows to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues under tight deadlines, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a deep understanding of GenAI development, BOT server management and system integration. The role requires an individual to manage and resolve the incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, monitor system performance and report any deviations.Key Skills:High proficiency in Python developmentExpertise in GenAI development (wide RAG implementation experience including designing complex prompts), with Azure-based platforms and LLM data extraction tools.Can successfully perform the following functions: Prompt Engineering for complex business workflows, working closely with architects/Business Teams. Coding, Unit Testing, Deployment of built code.Incident management and trouble shootingUI path knowledge will be added advantageKey Responsibilities:Logical Trouble shooting and Problem Solving- Analyze and resolve complex issues within GenAI workflows. Use logical thinking to quickly find solutions when working under tight deadlines.Incident Root Cause Analysis- Investigate, analyze and identify the root cause of incidents passed on by the L1 Support team. Implement the fixes to resolve the issues efficiently. Model improvement and prompt fine tuning based on HITL feedback, work with supplier team for planning and resolution.Timely monitoring of Production executions- Provide backup support to the GenAI RPA development team particularly in BOT management. Monitoring the production BOTs at the set frequencies based on the volume and time sensitivity of the processes and report any deviations, execution failures or any abnormalities to the concerned team promptly.Fixes and Testing: Identify, Test and implement the minor and critical fixes within workflows.
