In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Through the timely response, accurate information processing, actively assistance to provide internal sales representative good customer service and support
Process orders, track and communicate order relative problems and provide assist to quotation.
According to the customer agreement, lead various business requirements.
Observe the work process to achieve the requirements of the service level agreement
Align with the requirements of the customer defined process and steps as well as the company's principle.
Other jobs or tasks assigned by Supervisor or BU.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above
Good Japanese ability is must.
Japanese company experience will be given a priority.
