Position Summary This position is part of ourCommercial Excellence team responsible for coordinating and leadingpreparation of detailed capture plans that support early prepositioningactivities, pre-solutioning and early program design activities. Thefoundation of this role is a deep understanding of industry trends,regulatory environments, operations, and client needs. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is notall-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties andresponsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. *Through internal collaboration across multiple cross functional teams,develop comprehensive capture plans * In coordination with businessdevelopment and / or operations participate in customer meeting tounderstand customer hot buttons, drivers and needs * Support customermeetings and interactions to shape opportunities * Oversee pre-strategyand pre-solution workshops to define strategy, win themes, anddifferentiators * Participate in pre-positioning activities tounderstand customer needs.
