Supervise assigned Seasonal employees duringseasonal harvest operations. Overhaul and rebuild equipment during thenon-processing season. Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and repair avariety of Agricultural equipment. Troubleshoot breakdowns to determinethe cause of the operating problems. Make necessary repairs,modifications, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and hydraulicsystems for diesel fueled equipment. Supervise assigned seasonalemployees during seasonal harvest operations. Overhaul and rebuildequipment during the non-processing season. Qualifications: Must havevalid driver\'s license. A CDL would be beneficial. Basic use of handand power tools is required. Must have own hand tools. Welding andfabrication skills would be a plus. High School education or equivalent.Some post-high school education or training would be beneficial.
