　　Electra was born at the beach back in 1993. We’ve stayed true to our roots, and it’s been a pretty awesome place to work ever since. 　　Electra’s social media specialist will develop and implement social media strategies that align with organizational initiatives and goals. They will be expected to grow the brand’s online community while maintaining strong engagement with followers across platforms.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Consistently create new and trending organic content on a weekly basis; support product launches and brand campaigns

　　Develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok

　　Identify and execute content collaborations with influencers that identify with our target audiences

　　Manage and grow Electra's primary social media accounts, Instagram and Tik Tok, while also maintaining our presence on Facebook, Pinterest and X

　　Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and overall business objectives

　　Set goals and report on key metrics to measure success and drive decision making on a monthly and quarterly basis

　　Quickly become an Electra brand expert by understanding our products and target audiences

　　Qualifications/Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field, or 4+ years social media experience

　　2-4 years experience in a corporate/agency environment (experience as a digital marketing coordinator is a plus)

　　Experience in social media management and strategy

　　Strong copywriting skills and detail oriented

　　Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center

　　Interest in pop culture and what is trending

　　Independent creative thinker and able to generate engaging content ideas

　　Able to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Knowledge of affiliate marketing

　　Comfortable on bikes

　　Familiarity with the bike industry is a plus

　　Annual Salary (based on Experience): $67,000-77,000
