　　What you’ll do

　　Coordinate and lead the sales of Oracle Software Technology Licensing within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer success and happiness.

　　Lead, drive, and deliver new sales revenues across Oracle Software Technology Licensing

　　Implement the Oracle Software Technology Licence strategy throughout your territory

　　Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching

　　Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners

　　Experience working with Large Corporate Banks / Finance Industry would be beneficial

　　A good understanding of data, software Licensing or other technologies
