Job Summary/Description:
The HR/Payroll Coordinator aids with and facilitates the payroll and human resources processes for all 18 locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resources department as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, pre-employment background and drug screening, and HRIS entry. This position runs weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
What You Will Do:
Enter and maintain employee payroll records
Input, review, and audit timekeeping and other payroll related records
Maintain time and attendance records
Calculate and record payroll deductions (voluntary and involuntary)
Termination and other out-of-cycle payments
Initiate and track statuses of pre-employment drug and background screens
Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).
Benefit enrollments/terminations
Tracking leaves of absence (FMLA, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability)
Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Required Qualifications:
PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Experience with multi-state payroll
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources
At least 1 year of related experience required.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
