Support in the planning of high impact events and initiatives.
Follow up on Human Resources processes.
Follow up on the employee engagement plan.
Apply team and organizational climate diagnostics.
Apply 360 evaluations.
Generate reports and data analysis.
Support in internal processes of personnel hiring and dismissal.

Has a minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related field.
Able to hold conversations in English (written and spoken).
Has basic knowledge in Human Resources.
Has knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
