　　Position Summary:Operates and maintains automated surface mount equipment.

　　Position Responsibilities:Prepares circuit boards to run through automated equipment.Operates various equipment on SMT line -- Stencil Printer, Stencil Cleaner, Pick and Place, Reflow Oven, AquaStorm Cleaner.Assists with setup and maintenance of SMT machinery.Cleans SMT machinery.Follows work instructions and enters data.Understands soldering application for acceptance/rejection of board.Checks board with scope before passing to inspection.Maintains a clean work environment to ensure product integrity and quality.Performs other duties as assigned to achieve company goals and objectives.Essential Skills:Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions.Ability to work independently and as a team player within a small team.Possesses attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Mechanical Ability, experience with hand tools, fine motor skills and dexterity; vision -- able to utilize microscope.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Good communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious automated machinery experience preferably in an electronics manufacturing environmentAdvanced computer skills required.

　　Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree from tech school preferredAbility to work additional hours as required.Work Environment:•  Production Environment•  Hours: 2nd shift: 3:30pm to 1:00am Monday through Thursday; 3:30pm to 12am every other Friday, with additional hours as needed
