Citigroup’s Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) Privileged Access & Resource Management (PARM) team is an essential part of Citi’s Chief Information Security Office (CISO). The team focuses on governance of privileged identities (e.g. Functional IDs, Bot IDs) and management solutions.
The Privileged Access & Resource Management Team Lead plays a pivotal role in aligning Citi’s identity management strategy with the organization’s broader security objectives. They are responsible for the execution and management of a portfolio of control processes that serve as critical safeguards for identity and access integrity, ensuring alignment with Citi’s Global Identity and Access Management Standards. The Team Lead will work in tandem with global IT partners, ensuring a seamless and secure integration of identify management practices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team within a collaborative environment that values teamwork, open communication and diverse perspectives.
Oversee the Quality Management & Execution team’s function, including workload, staffing, and performance metrics with focus on enhancing processes for improved efficiency and risk mitigating.
Enhance risk monitoring processes to identify anomalies, address root causes, and ensure continuous improvement in security risk detection within privileged access management.
Partner with Global IT and security personnel to analyze data, document requirements, and ensure clear communication of project plans and updates to stakeholders and management.
Direct initiatives to optimize the PARM program, improve services, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across various sectors.
Monitor for strict adherence to Citi’s policies and standards regarding privileged access management and provide support for internal and external audits for the program.
Ideal Background:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field,.
6+ years of seasoned experience in Information Security, Privileged Access Management, Rick & Control, or related field.
4+ years of in a leadership managing a team.
Exhibit strong command of privileged access management, proves success driving process improvements, and a robust analytical skillset complemented by effective communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Understanding of Citi’s corporate security policies.
Good command of English.
