Description

　　Manufacturer located in the King of Prussia/Wayne area is looking to staff a Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst with proven global tax provision experience. This role will consist of, filing tax provisions, assisting with tax compliance, preparing international tax reporting, and provide support with the tax planning process and M& A activities. We are looking for someone who can reconcile tax accounts, plan and ensure compliance with federal regulations, negotiate tax inquiries, and analyze tax withholdings.

　　Major Responsibilities

　　• Perform tax research and analysis

　　• Review financial tax implications

　　• Prepare state income tax

　　• Furnish income projections

　　• Prepare sales/use tax reclassification journal entries

　　• Maintain client accounts

　　• Prepare tax basic balance sheets

　　• Assist with provision calculations

　　• Coordinate tax planning for M& A activities

　　• Contribute to the external tax audit process

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

　　Other requirements for the Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst role include and are not limited to:

　　• 2+ years experience in a large/medium Public or Corporate background

　　• CPA preferred

　　• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel

　　• International tax experience preferred

　　• Provision calculation experience a PLUS

　　• Excellent communication skills
