Ensure all work areas run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement. Address employee questions and concerns regarding assembly, workload, schedules, etc. Engage in hands-on work, including catching products from a machine, loading trucks, and building cabinets. Requirements of the shop manager: Cabinetry experience is a plus but not required. Management experience in manufacturing. Strong communication skills. Strong leadership skills.
