Description:

　　We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has aspirations of being an Assistant Superintendent! The ideal candidate for this position, will possess the knowledge of project management and have a general interest in assisting the Construction Superintendent. Some of the responsibilities for each project include:

　　Oversee and direct assigned design and construction management consultants hired to implement the necessary repairs and replacements of property conditions as prescribed per plan, discussion or consultation with the Director Plant Operations and Maintenance.

　　Support the design process and assist staff in the final selection of equipment and products for projects.

　　Conduct competitive bidding, level bids, make recommendations to award, construction administration, projects schedules and budgets.

　　Act as the primary interface for the communication with all users affected by design and construction.

　　Track budget, expenditures, and work progress using the Web Based Project Management System. Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project

　　Develop and keep current all documents for ICRA, PCRA, SRA and ILSM

　　Skills:

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience in the field.

　　Ideal candidate will be excited to be trained and learn.

　　Will be working together with the whole team to develop scope for each project. Will then send out RFQs and field bids from subcontractors.

　　Will also over see existing and future renovation and campus upgrades.
