  What you'll do

  As part of MEE PES Team (Middle- and Eastern Europe Partner Ecosystem Success) you will have the opportunity to directly support events and event communications for the MEE PES organization with a special focus on our biggest partner onsite event in this region CONNECT 2024: SAP Partner Summit.

  You will be part of the MEE PES COO office and will work together closely with the MEE PES Events lead, the MEE PES communications lead as well as various internal and external local as global stakeholders and you will have the opportunity to support all kind of partner events and sessions in the region MEE.

  The assignment includes various creative but also administrative tasks, supporting the preparation of the event or partner sessions with focus on operations and taking over small projects within the event planning process. First experience in communications and or events would be a plus.

  Supporting planning, organizing, and executing the onsite event CONNECT 2024: SAP Partner Summit

  Work closely with the project leads, communications, content leads and various internal and external stakeholders

  Supporting communication assets for internal and external communication (e.g. newsletter and social media posts)

  Drive administrative tasks such as creating reports and PPT presentations

  Supporting the creation and go-live of the event app

  Ad-hoc project management for a variety of ongoing projects

  What you bring

  Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  Computer skills: Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)

  Language skills: written and verbal communication skills in English and good German skills

  Ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary and diverse team

  Ability to contribute own ideas and think outside the box

  Team player, love to organizing, creative skills, interpersonal skills

  Event management experience, project management and/ or communications experience is a plus
