Come be Salt Lake Valley CDJR's Shop Foreman! This position is for a Dealership in Salt Lake City, Relocation allowance is available! We're seeking an individual with the right OEM training and qualifications to be our non-working shop foreman. The roll will require you to provide quality control on our repairs, assist technicians when they need help, and managing the workflow through our shop. The ideal candidate doesn't take shortcuts, and likes to get things done right the first time. OEM Training and certifications from Stellantis are a requirement.  Job Duties * Provide Quality Control by verifying repairs  * Take vehicles on test drives as needed  * Work with our Service Manager to control the flow of work through the shop to ensure repairs get completed in a timely manner  * provide on the job training and assistance to our technicians  * provide training to our apprentices to ensure efficient turnover to becoming a flat rate tech  * assist with dispatching jobs as needed  Qualifications * Experience in a Certified CDJR Dealership Service Department is required  * OEM Training from Stellantis is a requirement  * ASE certs  * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record  Benefits * Health & Dental insurance  * 401K retirement account w/employer match  * PTO and Holiday Pay  * Non-working foreman position!
