Introduction:

　　A company located in Waukesha County is looking to add a Chemical Compounder to their team.

　　Description:

　　-Operates and controls a processing unit or a series of units to effect specific chemical changes in formulated products to desired results.

　　-Follows prescribed and standardized procedures with some degree of latitude due to the reactive nature of the substances processed.

　　-Measures and charges materials into processing equipment transfers same in accordance with processing sequence.

　　-Observe instruments and gauges, obtain samples for testing, and maintain process records as required.

　　-Regulates and adjusts manual, automatic, or electronic control devices to bring about proper chemical reactions or results.

　　-Modifies standard processes under the direction of the lab to correct batch irregularities.

　　Hours:

　　Multiple shifts are available.

　　1 Day Shift, 6am-2:30pm

　　1 Night Shift, 6pm-4am

　　Night shift is 4x10 Hour Days

　　Monday-Thursday

　　Experience:

　　-High School Diploma

　　-2 years of batching experience.

　　-Previous chemical manufacturing experience.
