　　Job Description:

　　The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing.

　　Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　1 year of experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.

　　1 year of recent home health, acute care or skilled nursing facility.

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
