Sheet Metal Workers

　　Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire commercial sheet metal workers for work around the Kansas City Metropolitan.

　　The pay range for this position is $18-$24 per hour based on experience. All applicants must have their own personal vehicle and be ready to work hard outside for 40+ hours a week.

　　Company paid health benefits and pay will be weekly for employee convenience and there is no one week delay!

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Transport and load/unload Sheet Metal materials in truck

　　Lay new materials

　　Install Sheet Metal onto exterior of commercial buildings

　　Inspect sheet metal for damage and perform any needed repairs

　　Spray treatment chemicals on roofs and buildings to seal them from water and weather

　　Use hand tools such as hammers, electric power tools and snips

　　Standards for Ultimate Employees

　　Perform the task at hand to the best of your abilities

　　Show up on time everyday

　　Show up everyday with a great attitude

　　All hand tools required to perform job

　　Job Skills & Qualifications

　　High school education or GED

　　Construction safety certification such as OSHA training is a plus

　　Physical fitness level that will allow for quick movement, climbing, bending and lifting heavy loads

　　Previous experience in roofing, construction or related scope of work

　　Communication and teamwork skills including an openness to receiving feedback from superiors

　　General knowledge of roofing procedures, techniques and specialties

　　Strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work

　　Ability to read and follow instructions from blueprints, drawings and diagrams

　　Endurance to spend hours working in extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold
