12934BRDepartment Name:HSP PT-Central Location:Meriter Therapy - Central Job Description:We are seeking an engaged Therapy Supervisor for our Outpatient Therapy clinic(s) to join our Rehab Therapy Services Leadership Team. This Supervisor will directly oversee therapy services in one (or more) of our adult-focused, outpatient therapy locations and provide patient care. Services offered in our outpatient clinics include but are not limited to: orthopedic, neurologic, pelvic health, vestibular, lymphedema, aquatic, and return to work focus. Direct reports may include Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Rehab Service Coordinators at this time. Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of day-to-day operations at outpatient therapy location(s), promoting excellence in patient care and patient outcomes.
Provides direct patient care; leader in clinical practice improvements.
Oversee and direct scheduling and clinic operations to meet patient care needs.
Develop and implement annual budget in conjunction with Therapy Manager
Effective communication with others through multiple formats including leading staff meetings, supporting shared governance structure, celebrating successes, and recognizing and communicating opportunities for growth.
Completion of annual performance reviews, goal writing and support of staff development.
Embrace lifelong learning; willingly receive feedback and learn from others, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Collaboration in establishing realistic short and long-term goals for department in alignment with division goals and strategic plan.
Work collaboratively with Rehab Therapy Services Leadership Team on division initiatives and strategy.
Active in Shared Governance.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy Program or Speech Language Pathology Program.
Minimum of three years’ experience working in a therapy setting.
Leadership experience in a therapy setting.
Experience in interdisciplinary program development.
Experience in provider relations.
Experience with hospital based EMR system.
