Description

　　This position is responsible for coordinating the daily, weekly, and monthly assignments for Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, MSW Care Coordinators and Chaplains; and on a rotating schedule provide administrative support to the Triage and After Hours Clinical Support department staff.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Experience working in a receptionist capacity answering a multi-line phone and greeting customers

　　2 years experience as a general office assistant or equivalent training/education, preferably in a health care setting

　　Experience in coordination or scheduling out-of-office staff, preferable in the healthcare industry

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　3 years recent hospital, nursing home or home health experience

　　1 year experience in health care industry

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
