As a ServiceTechnician, you will be a key player in ensuring the functionality andsatisfaction of our products through effective troubleshooting andmaintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ProductMaintenance and Repairs: Conduct inspections and routine maintenance oncabinets and millwork products to ensure optimal functionality. Performrepairs and adjustments as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshootissues reported by clients oridentified during routine inspections. Develop effective solutions toresolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Interaction:Interact with clients to understand and address their concerns or issueswith our products. Provide clear and concise explanations of maintenanceprocedures and repairs. Documentation: Maintain detailed records ofservice calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide accuratereports to the Service Coordinator for analysis and improvement. Thesuccessful candidate will possess: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledgeof cabinet and millwork products, including familiarity with woodworkingtools and materials. Proven experience in troubleshooting andresolvingissues. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer serviceskills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.Effective communication to conveyinformation in a clear andunderstandable manner. Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention todetail in conducting inspections and performing repairs. Commitment toensuring the highest quality in service delivery. Problem-SolvingSkills: Analytical mindset to diagnose and develop solutions for issues.Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
