Partner with VP of Creative & Consumer Insights on teamstructure, staffing, and budget needs and creative projectprioritization. Partners with various marketing team members onimplementing department-wide workflow improvements to drive efficiency(i.e. DARCI, Initiative Tracking). Keeps projects on track by offering adeep knowledge of Northwestern Mutual (NM) products, a strategicapproach and logistical practicality that not only keeps projects movingbut makes sure that they are on strategy as well as being delivered ontime and on budget. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Leadership : Leadsa team of creative producers, spanning Marketing, Communications, andother supported departments (i.e. Field Events, D&I), and is responsiblefor managing performance and development. Strategy Planning: Works withsenior leadership and subject area leads to develop and implementprocesses, workflows, team structure that support team- anddepartment-wide objectives & strategic priorities. RelationshipManagement : Manages collaborator relationships through strategicpartnership; and executional excellence. Maintains relationships withexternal vendors and agencies. Budget Management : Oversees programbudgets; allocates resources; manages contract staff within a specificbudget. Interaction with senior leadership: Communicates and workseffectively with senior leadership . Award Submissions: Plan forcreative awards throughout the year. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degreeor equivalent experience, master\'s preferred. Nine or more years ofprevious experience including experience in management, and a vastexperience in all forms of production, from digital development to videoproduction. Agency experience as strategic/account planner a plus.Enterprise view that goes beyond creative and even marketing and helpsto build process of coordination among various verticals to broaden theimpact of marketing initiatives.
