Description

We have partnered up with an organization in the San Jose area who has an immediate need for an Entry Level Accounting Associate to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert based on performance.

Expectations:

Assist facilitating full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements

Researching and correcting account discrepancies

Work closely with accounting department to assist with month-end journal entries, reports, and mailings

Requirements

Demonstrate an excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles

BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Proficient in Excel a plus!
