Position Description:

CGI is seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO Advisory Director with expertise in Onestream Software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consulting, coupled with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Onestream Software solutions for clients. As a key member of our consulting team, the CFO Advisory Director will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial strategy, process improvement, and technology adoption, with a focus on leveraging Onestream Software to drive efficiencies and enhance financial performance.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advisory services to CFOs and finance executives, helping them optimize financial processes, automate financial planning, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making capabilities.

• Lead and manage Onestream Software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and requirements.

• Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within clients' financial operations.

• Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and training sessions on Onestream Software functionality, best practices, and use cases.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Onestream Software, staying current with industry trends, updates, and new features to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships based on value delivery and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial consulting, advisory services, or corporate finance, with a focus on process improvement, performance management, and technology solutions.

• Proven expertise in Onestream Software, including implementation, configuration, and optimization experience; Onestream certification preferred.

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and driving business results.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $122,200-$235,200.
