What's the role?The role of the Solution Specialist, is responsible for the 2nd phase of our Tool Services (ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, etc.) solution sales process.  This includes partnering with Solution Consultants and Field Sales Teams in selling a successful implementation and building the customer relationship through the implementation of Tool Services. 　　High School Diploma or GED, requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, preferredMinimum two (2) years' experience in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, constructionmanagement or related technical field, requiredKnowledge of construction methods and practices as they relate to Hilti products, preferredUnderstanding of entire project team (PM's, superintendents, safety reps, purchasing, etc.) and how theyinteract together, preferredDemonstrated aptitude of cold-calling skills at customer offices and jobsites requiredAbility to thrive both independently and in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and implement strategic conceptsExcellent time and territory management skillsMust be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team playerMust be able to build prospects and business relationshipsProficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and smartphonesMust maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with HNA dress policy at all times    Why should you apply?
