  We are looking for a Service Director to lead our Service Team in Germany. The role is based in our office in Dieburg and leads a geographically spread team across Germany. The Service Director reports to the BUM and is member of the local Management Team. He is responsible for the BU Service operations and leads the service team. Responsibility includes order intake for repairs and emergencies, routine maintenance, efficient planning of service technicians, timely invoicing and monitoring service quality within the whole process.

  Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for service net sales, margins labor & spare parts, FOPS

  • Focus on operations to deliver customer service, maintain and increase portfolio

  • Contract management (new-indirect, conversion, churn rate, portfolio quality)

  • Build and lead a strong team to guarantee max. level of customer service, maintenance quality and service excellence

  • Drive the team with efficient Service KPIs and hold employees responsible to meet and exceed objectives,

  constantly monitors performance and implements corrective actions• Network with other departments and BUs to efficiently drive service organization

  • Develop team members by coaching and training and work in skill matrix

  • Full and efficient use of service tools (ERP-system, FMP360, MFQ)

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 5+ years in a service organization in similar role and solid understanding about customer service requirements

  • Experienced in working in corporations and matrix structures

  • Team-Player with high degree of motivation and energy

  • Must possess of good communication skills and shows leadership

  Special Competencies required:

  • E.g. computer skills, foreign languages, licenses, certificates or designations, etc. Include required and preferred and

  note accordingly• MS-office know-how, ERP software experience

  • German and English fluent

  • solid technical understanding
