　　The Senior Tax & Accounting Associate will provide tax compliance and accounting support to the FOS advisors and their clients. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Analyze tax data and tax-related documents provided by FOS clients to aid in the preparation of tax returns and other financial analyses

　　Prepare individual, trust, and partnership federal and state income tax returns for ultra-high-net-worth families

　　Prepare tax projections and calculations

　　Review tax notices received from tax authorities and draft correspondence in reply

　　Accounting activities are necessary to assist in the preparation of various income tax returns.

　　Achieve an understanding of complex investment accounts and the nuances of private investment vehicles

　　Requirements

　　Preferred Skills & Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree required; accounting degree, MST, or MAS preferred

　　Minimum five years of experience preparing individual, trust, and partnership income tax returns

　　CPA designation preferred

　　Experience with CCH Axcess/Ultra Tax CS Tax software, QuickBooks, and Quicken

　　Experience with Excel, specifically using pivot tables
