Responsibilities
Supports the Provider Compensation function by preparing, maintaining and analyze related reports and data as directed by the department Director. Assists in preparing provider compensation quarterly reports and data. Completes provider actions including salary changes and internal job changes as directed. Gathers appropriate data to support compensation decisions, participates in compensation surveys, and prepares materials for provider compensation review activities. Analyzes provider productivity and practice data to support innovative provider compensation design.

Salary Range: $99,164 - $122,501 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s in business, HR, Statistics/math, Healthcare Administration, Economics or complimentary major.
Preferred: MBA or complimentary major preferred.
Experience
Required:
5-7 years+ experience in data analysis in a healthcare environment or in supporting various healthcare analytics to include HR data analysis, communication of employee and / or executive compensation programs, and / or management of complex data analytics in a large organization; or similar experience in a finance / budgeting role.
Demonstrated analytical / modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access, or relational databases
Preferred:
Financial or business analysis experience
Some familiarity with physician / provider compensation programs and analysis in a health care environment
Experience in the healthcare industry with understanding of data and data systems in healthcare (EPIC, HRIS systems) web-based compensation analysis tools or platforms.
