Description

We are offering a contract for a Project Assistant role in Saco, Maine. This role is primarily within the customer service and data management industry, and the workplace is a dynamic on-site environment. As a Project Assistant, you will be tasked with coordinating various project-related tasks, organizing data, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate coordination of project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

• Manage updates on shipments and deliveries to keep all relevant parties informed

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain and organize project-related data

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries promptly

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize SharePoint and cloud services for data storage and access

• Organize and manage files, ensuring easy access and retrieval

• Carry out shipping functions as required

• Maintain a fast-paced work style to keep up with the demands of the new building project.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and team members

• Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage timelines effectively, ensuring project milestones are met on time

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience in scanning documents, ensuring clarity and readability

• Knowledge of shipping functions, including preparing, packaging, and dispatching items

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
