About Front Desk Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an organized and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to manage our reception area. The successful candidate will be the first face clients see when they walk in our door, so we are looking for someone with a warm demeanor and professional appearance.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and forward incoming phone calls

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Organize and distribute correspondence (e-mail, parcels, letters, faxes)

Maintain office security controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Education and Experience: A high school degree is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree and previous experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or Receptionist are preferred. If you are an excellent communicator who can manage multiple tasks at once, we encourage you to apply
