Oversee all architectural and construction activities for high end luxury retail stores like DOS (direct operated stores), SIS (shop in shops), outlets, wholesale and roll outs including major flagship locations throughout the Americas (USA, Canada, Caribbean and LatAm). Manage consultants and vendors from design development to construction completion to ensure brand’s requirements are met. Responsible for developing RFP (request for proposal) documents, reviewing and negotiating contracts, hiring, procurement, logistics, develop and track on projects costs, schedule and quality control with periodic site visits. Collaborate with WW Store Planning team to execute and adjust layout from HQ to match planned retail sales and local codes and requirements. Develop feasibility studies to help evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field and 5 years of post-Bachelor’s progressive experience in position offered or in a related role.**All required experience must have included experience in high-end construction focused on retail market and experience building and implementing new concept designs on an international scale; project and construction management of major flagship stores and high complexity; overseeing budgeting for store planning projects, bidding, hiring, and design; and applying knowledge of standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork.Position entails 40% travel, international & domestic.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
