A Kforce client in Battle Creek, MI is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team to help support project initiatives through June 2025.Summary:This position will report to the Director of Enterprise Application and work daily with the team which includes Programmers and Application Analyst. This is a full-time position that is 100% onsite. Hours are 8am-5pm (No Fridays during June/July & 8am-12pm Fridays 5/10/24 - 5/31/24 & 8/2/24 - 8/16/24).Business Analyst Day to Day Responsibilities:

　　Ability to assist in servicing IT support requests and miscellaneous project activities

　　Ability to gather and translate requirement

　　Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, driving process improvement

　　Effective communication skills

　　Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
